Holland & Knight is sponsoring the Hispanic National Bar Association's (HNBA) 2nd Annual Region XII Summit. The theme of this event is “Together Empowered to Climb,” with speaker panels aimed at breaking professional barriers and providing resources helpful to achieve success. Attendees will gather to discuss current issues impacting Latinx members of the legal community, including compensation, representation and strategies to be better practitioners. Holland & Knight's Houston office will host the first day of the summit with assistance from attorney and HNBA Region XII President Juan Alcala. Commercial litigation attorney and HNBA Region XII Deputy Vice President Vanessa Suarez will participate in two panels throughout the summit. Corporate attorney Laura Lopez Nickerson will also participate in a panel.
