Mining attorneys Milton Montoya, José Zapata and Selene Espinosa participate in the National Mining Law Congress organized by Universidad Externado de Colombia. Mr. Montoya will participate in two panels. In the first panel, he will go over the characteristics of a project centered on mining law. His second panel will be a book presentation that discusses mining and energy transition in Latin America.

Mr. Zapata will participate in a panel that will interpret a ruling by the Council of State regarding environmental variables in mining planning. Lastly, Ms. Espinosa will participate in a panel that centers on reform in the Mexican mining sector and the nationalization of the lithium industry within the country.
