Evaluating Responding to Offers to Sell the Company

Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) attorney Renee Lewis will participate in the ESOP Association's Employee Owned 2023 hybrid event in Las Vegas. Ms. Lewis will join a panel titled “Evaluating & Responding to Offers to Sell the Company,” discussing the different types of inquiries ESOPs receive as well as when a response is required. The panel will also explain how such companies can maximize the sustainability of their ESOP.
