FinCEN Transparency Initiatives Have Become UBIQUITOUS

Tax attorney Alan Granwell will participate in a webinar hosted by STEP Miami, STEP Mid-Atlantic and STEP New York analyzing the most up-to-date Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) transparency initiatives. Mr. Granwell, alongside tax and business professionals, will discuss the federal district court case finding the Corporate Transparency Act unconstitutional. The panelists will also examine the New York LLC Transparency Act (NYLTA) and explore FinCEN's "Residential Real Estate Notice of Proposed Rule Making" and "Investment Advisor Notice of Proposed Rule Making."
