The American Bar Association (ABA) Public Contract Law Section's Small Business Committee is hosting its annual judges panel and discussion.
The event will include insights on small business procedures, case law and recent decisions at the U.S. Small Business Administration's (SBA) Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA), the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Office of Dispute Resolution for Acquisition (ODRA) and the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) in regard to small business government contractors.
