Financing Large Scale Energy Projects – Capital Access and Capital Transition

Corporate attorney Peter Baumgaertner will speak during the 2024 Suriname Energy, Oil and Gas Summit & Exhibition (SEOGS) hosted by Staatsolie, a state-owned energy country in Suriname. This conference, a leading energy and offshore event in Suriname and one of the largest of its kind in the Caribbean, offers a platform for public and private sector perspectives on the development of Suriname's offshore oil and gas industry. With a theme of "The Next Stage of Success," it will convene government representatives, major operators and contractors, international professionals and other stakeholders. Mr. Baumgaertner's session will take place on the third day of the summit and will focus on financing for large-scale energy projects. He will share strategies for accessing capital, transitioning capital and ensuring sufficient funding to meet project needs.
