Let's Talk About Tax – An Annual Sampler

Tax attorney Jennifer Karpchuk will participate in Fredrikson & Byron's Let's Talk About Tax – An Annual Sampler, a yearly program featuring lively presentations on a variety of tax topics. Ms. Karpchuk will open the afternoon in a Who Wants to Be a Millionaire-style session exploring ethical issues in tax law, such as those pertaining to tax avoidance and tax evasion. She will then speak in a panel focused on apportionment and sourcing updates across the country, analyzing judicial, statutory and administrative developments as well as their implications.
