State Tax: Transfer Tax for M&A

Private Wealth Services attorney Logan Gans will speak during the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants' (FICPA) 2025 MEGA conference, a premier gathering of accounting and financial professionals in Florida. The event features four days of educational sessions on topics ranging from ethics and integrity to artificial intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity, along with multiple networking opportunities.
