37th Annual Texas Environmental Superconference

Environmental attorneys Jason Hill and James McGuire will participate in the 37th Annual Texas Environmental Superconference taking place in Austin, Texas. The yearly event hosted by the State Bar of Texas Environmental & Natural Resources Law Section (ENRLS) provides a primer on new issues in environmental law and environmental regulation affecting counsel, companies and other industry stakeholders. Mr. Hill will present on what to expect from the Trump Administration when it comes to permitting as well as moderate a brief section meeting on the last day of the conference. Mr. McGuire will join a panel sharing updates involving underground injection controls.
