Zoom Webinar

Please join Holland & Knight at our Washington, D.C., office for the Board of Contract Appeals Bar Association (BCABA) Fall Colloquium, which will include two informative panel discussions: The first panel will focus on the various processes for alternative dispute resolution (ADR) before the Boards of Contract Appeals (BCAs), and the second panel will discuss how to effectively employ expert witnesses.

In addition to discussing these issues, our panels will also offer thoughts on how these matters might best be addressed by the BCAs. This is a free event and all are welcome.

Our distinguished panelists include three BCA judges: Jonathan Kang of the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals and Laura Arnett and Timothy McIlmail of the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals. All attendees are encouraged to come prepared to share their experiences and ask questions of the panelists.
