Socioenvironmental and Legal Certainty Challenges for Colombia

Mining attorney Estefanny Pardo will speak at the 25th National Mining-Energy Law Congress, hosted by the Department of Mining-Energy Law at the Universidad Externado de Colombia. The conference serves as a reference point for the industry, uniting companies, trade associations and authorities to evaluate the state of the mining-energy sector from 2022-2026 and talk about action plans for the 2026-2030 period that balance energy transition and regulatory transformation with energy security.
