The conferences, which will take place in Dallas, San Antonio and Houston, Texas, offer sessions on federal tax updates, retirement and health plan trends, financial reporting and accounting regulations, industry-specific tracks (healthcare, construction) and more. Ms. Meyercord will review trends from recent BBA partnership audits, covering focus areas of IRS enforcement, procedural challenges and common missteps. She will help participants understand the basic framework of a partnership audit as well as how to address an imputed underpayment.
