Tax attorneys Elizabeth Crouse and Amish Shah and Energy attorney Susan Lafferty will speak at the 2025 RNG Conference, hosted by the Coalition for Renewable Natural Gas (RNG COALITION) in Dana Point, California. The annual gathering of renewable natural gas (RNG) industry leaders around the world features conversations on achieving corporate sustainability objectives, complying with federal, state and local mandates, competing in relevant markets and maximizing revenue – all for the purpose of increasing energy independence and accelerating access to renewable clean fuel and domestic energy supply chains. Ms. Crouse and Mr. Shah will lead a presentation on the One Big Beautiful Bill Act's (OBBBA) tax provisions, specifically those pertaining to energy tax credits and their implementation. They will explain the new rules and what they mean for companies pursuing these incentives. For her part, Ms. Lafferty will talk about the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) and how RNG factors into the program.
