Defense Tech – Recruit, Retain, Lead: Empowering Veteran Talent

Financial Services attorney Dan Sylvester will moderate a panel at Context Ventures' 5th Annual Military Veteran Startup Conference (MVS2026) in San Francisco. This two-day event unites military veteran entrepreneurs, investors and industry leaders, with the goal of matching founders with investors actively seeking to partner with veteran-led businesses. Presentations will encompass topics including what investors look for in startups, how to scale successfully and what to assess when creating investment strategies; Mr. Sylvester's discussion will focus on recruiting and retaining veteran talent, particularly in the defense technology sector.
