Hispanic National Bar Association 2026 Corporate Counsel Conference

Holland & Knight is proud to sponsor the Hispanic National Bar Association's 2026 Corporate Counsel Conference (HNBA CCC2026), taking place in Las Vegas. The annual event gathers attorneys and legal professionals from across the country to support the HNBA's mission of cultivating opportunities and growth for Hispanic lawyers. This year's theme of "Navigating the Future: AI, Technology and the Law" portends a focus on how artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technology are affecting the practice of law, from the automation of tasks to new ways to measure value to developing products built for AI but also compliant with current data privacy regulations.

Several Holland & Knight attorneys will attend CCC2026: Joaquin Alemany, Jose Almanzar, Miguel Escobar, Katia Leiva, Evelyn Limon, Barbara Martinez, Heather Montoya, Vanessa Suarez and Adrianne Waddell. In addition, Partner Cindy Duque Bonilla will moderate a panel discussion exploring the critical role attorneys play in shaping AI governance, managing data-driven risk and maintaining ethical AI use. Speakers will brief attendees on how in-house and outside counsel alike can provide oversight and influence company policy without needing to become technical experts, sharing practical tips and strategies for guiding clients as they look to harness the latest innovations. The conversation will also highlight why diverse perspectives matter when it comes to AI implementation, calling out the ways diverse attorneys can strengthen responsible, compliant AI decision-making.

Ms. Suarez will also receive a Top Lawyers Under 40 Award during the conference's closing reception on March 13, 2026. These awards honor lawyers who have demonstrated professional excellence, integrity, leadership, commitment to the Hispanic community and dedication to improving the legal profession.
