Observations from Recent ESOP Litigation

Litigation attorney Todd Wozniak will speak at The ESOP Association's Southeast Chapter Spring Conference and Roundtables on recent legal controversies involving employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and key administrative, valuation and fiduciary lessons emerging from the current litigation landscape. Mr. Wozniak will discuss common areas of dispute and heightened scrutiny, such as diversification of cash, inflated or deflated purchase price issues, compensation concerns and preferred stock, highlighting how these issues can develop into claims.
