Employment Relationship with Staff and Service Providers in Civil Society Organizations

Labor and Employment attorney Francisco García will speak during a webinar hosted by Appleseed México where he will address employment relationships for staff and service providers in civil society organizations (OSC) in Mexico. Mr. García will describe the country's Registry for Specialized Service Providers and Other Specialized Workers (RESPE) along with the legal, labor and fiscal risks of noncompliance. He will also detail the correct use of specialized service providers.
