Healthcare and litigation attorney Henry Leventis will speak at the American Health Law Association's (AHLA) Annual Meeting & In-House Counsel Program responding to healthcare corporate criminal investigations. His panel will examine current U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) enforcement priorities, including developments involving the new National Fraud Enforcement Division, and address strategic considerations such as whether and when to self-disclose, risks and benefits of cooperation, and the life cycle of a corporate criminal investigation from the government and defense perspectives. Mr. Leventis will also discuss goals and resolutions for corporate targets and defendants, as well as the growing role of artificial intelligence (AI) in shaping DOJ enforcement efforts and defense strategy.
