Streamlining CEQA and Subsequent Reviews

West Coast Land Use and Environment attorney Chelsea Maclean will be a featured panelist during a webinar hosted by global solutions and technology provider ICF focused on the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review process. Specifically, Ms. Maclean and co-speakers will explain how to streamline CEQA environmental reviews, distinguishing streamlining from subsequent review and highlighting new streamlining efforts enacted under Assembly Bill (AB) 130 and Senate Bill (SB) 131.
