Join Holland & Knight and the Board of Contract Appeals Bar Association for its annual Fall Colloquium, featuring discussions on alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and the effective use of expert witnesses before the Boards of Contract Appeals (BCAs).

Our distinguished panelists include a BCA vice chair, three BCA judges and several experienced practitioners.

Panel Topics:

  • Our first panel on ADR in BCAs practice will discuss the various processes for ADR before the BCAs, including strategies, ethical considerations and practical realities to resolve litigation short of a hearing.
  • Our second panel will explore how to effectively employ expert witnesses, including best practices for utilizing experts throughout the litigation cycle, from researching and retaining an expert to expert testimony during a BCA hearing, as well as the ethical implications of retaining and working with experts.

RSVP now to reserve your spot for this highly informative presentation, which is free and open to all. Attendees are encouraged to participate, share their experiences and ask questions throughout the program.
