Tax attorney Joshua Odintz will participate in a program hosted by the USA Branch of the International Fiscal Association (IFA USA) and Taft Law on the tax, trade, investment and economic developments expected to shape the global business environment in 2027. Joshua will moderate a panel on the post-election tax policy outlook, including emerging U.S. and international tax priorities, global tax coordination, trade policy, and legislative and regulatory developments in the United States affecting multinational businesses. He also will co-moderate a keynote fireside chat focused on congressional priorities, U.S. Department of the Treasury and IRS initiatives, implementation of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act and what companies should anticipate following the 2026 midterm elections and lame-duck session. The discussions will provide practical insights to help businesses anticipate tax policy shifts and guide their planning for the years ahead.
