Larry Bucshon: The level of support that you can get as a senior policy advisor here in Holland & Knight is really almost unprecedented amongst firms like this. Even amongst large law firms, their public policy and regulation groups really don't have the breadth, I think, that Holland & Knight does, and that's one of the reasons I was attracted here.
I've transitioned before. I went from a surgeon to Congress. But the transition's been great. The people have been nice. And also, Holland & Knight really has a good transition plan for new people that come in, with a lot of support across all areas, whether that's trying to define your billing process, recruiting clients, interacting with your colleagues. I mean, it's just a very broad and very strong integration process. And so it went very smoothly.
