Legal Perspectives on Recent California Climate Change Legislation
Due to rapidly evolving regulatory activities and court cases, 2008 was a busy year for California's climate change landscape. Because California is considered a forerunner state for environmental regulations, its efforts on climate change will be closely watched and potentially emulated as other states and the federal government address the issue.
