2009 Florida Legislative Update and 2010 Forecast
The Environmental and Land Use Law Section of the Florida Bar
Environment and Public Policy & Regulation Partner Lawrence Sellers co-authored an article for The Environmental and Land Use Law Section of the Florida Bar titled, "2009 Florida Legislative Update and 2010 Forecast."
In the article, Mr. Sellers offers a technical summary of bills that passed and bills that died during the 2009 legislative session, as well as a list of Constitutional Amendments that were enacted.
