Multi-Jurisdictional Public Procurement Guide

Government Contracts Partners Richard Duvall and Terry Elling and Associate Tim Taylor co-authored a chapter titled "Public Procurement: United States" for the 2012–2013 edition of the Association of Corporate Counsel and Practical Law Company’s Multi-Jurisdictional Public Procurement Guide. The guide surveys the public procurement laws of countries throughout the world, and its publishers turned to Holland & Knight’s expertise for an overview of the U.S. public procurement system. This chapter covers such topics as the legislative framework governing public procurement and recent trends in the sector.
