During the 2015 regular session, the Florida Legislature considered a number of bills affecting the Florida Administrative Procedure Act (APA). Several passed, including one measure requiring agencies to transmit certain final orders to an electronic database maintained by Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH), and a second bill requiring agencies to prepare and publish an annual regulatory plan.
