Toward a New Model of Regulation

Energy attorney Inés Elvira Vesga published an article in Asuntos Legales titled "Toward a New Model of Regulation." In 2019 Colombia's Energy Regulation Commission issued a resolution establishing general rules of market behavior for agents that carry out activities of home public services for electricity and gas. In this article, Ms. Vesga describes the new model of regulation, under which agents have the obligation to self-regulate.
