Many employers are unsure how to prepare their businesses for the Affordable Health Care Act's employer mandate that will take effect in 2015. Although 2015 seems far away, Healthcare and Life Sciences Partner Chris Schwing says it's a lot of information for a nonexpert to understand.
"It's massive, and so it's something you need to consult with somebody on — an attorney or someone who has an area of expertise on this," Ms. Schwing said.
