Prosecutors: Former Hialeah Mayor Robaina Kept Mistress with Secret Cash

Two magistrate hearings, a district court hearing and a half-dozen documents were revealed after Mr. Ponce persuaded Magistrate Judge Jonathan Goodman to release the records. These records were previously kept from the public because of a federal court order but surfaced during the criminal tax-evasion case against the former mayor and his wife.
