Bladex lends to Panamanian banks

Holland & Knight’s New York office and Panamanian firm Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega have helped Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior (Bladex) lead two syndicated loans to Panama’s Banco Aliado and Metrobank. Attorneys Stephen Double, Carlos Meza and Laura Guemes served as counsel to Bladex.
