With the start of a new year, energy attorneys are watching several cases that are expected to impact the industry. The challenge to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Clean Power Plan could be one of the biggest energy and environmental cases in years. Attorney Stephen Humes weighed in on how he believes the case will play out.
