Navajos Seek Full $17M Judiciary Funding After DC Circ. Win

Holland & Knight Partners Philip Baker-Shenk and Steven Gordon will represent the Navajo Nation as it seeks the full $17 million it requested for judiciary funding. This is in light of the D.C. Circuit’s conclusion that the request was deemed approved when the U.S. Department of the Interior took too long to respond.
