The Affordable Care Act (ACA) repeal and replace efforts have failed to move forward, but attempts towards progression are likely to continue in the future.
“Republican leadership is hoping to use 2018 reconciliation to address tax reform, and that alone is challenging," says Senior Policy Advisor Miranda Franco. “Combining it with an ACA repeal push would be utterly complicated, but not outside of the realm of possibility,” Ms. Franco said.
