Doral to Consider New Shopping Center Near Trump Golf Resort

Real Estate Attorney Alejandro Arias spoke with the South Florida Business Journal on the Doral officials' plan to hold a final vote on a new shopping center that would break ground near the Trump National Doral Miami Golf Resort. Mr. Arias discussed how this shopping center is intended to provide a place for both residents and visitors to enjoy the city and be the catalyst for further redevelopment of Northwest 58th Street.
"The project has been designed by Ivo Fernandez of Modis Architects, and will incorporate modern architecture and urban design elements," said Mr. Arias, who represents the developer in the application. "The goal of the project is to really promote a neighborhood market feel, a place where visitors and residents can gather and enjoy this environment. Additionally, the project will serve as a catalyst for the further redevelopment of Northwest 58th Street at this important intersection located at the gateway into Doral."
