Holland & Knight Launches National Security Team in D.C.

Partner Jason Klitenic spoke with Law360 about his role in the launch of the new National Security, Defense and Intelligence team at Holland & Knight. He said that he's looking forward to applying his past experience at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, where he coordinated issues arising in the intelligence community, adding that he's noticed an increasing demand at law firms for this type of team to work with companies that target security threats.
"As the threat continues and develops and changes, the national security market continues to grow, and law firms recognize that is a viable practice area because these companies benefit from legal advice as well as public policy advice," Mr. Klitenic said.
