Energy Attorney Inés Elvira Vesga was featured in an article in Energy Advisor, a publication of The Dialogue, titled "How Can Colombia Ensure Oil & Gas Self-Sufficiency?" In it, she explains how Decree 328, which was recently issued by the Colombian government, regulates various aspects of the investigation of non-conventional deposit pilot projects.
"The decree is a framework regulation, from which we get the specific regulations required for operations to be developed, as well as their evaluations," Ms. Vesga said.
