What Biden's Win Holds For Transportation, Infrastructure

Partner Michael Friedberg was quoted in a Law360 article discussing what the transportation and infrastructure industry can expect under a Biden administration. He said that he expects environmental issues to factor into regulations and that bipartisan support for bills will be emphasized.

"The Biden administration is definitely going to say the environment is a safety issue, which is not the normal course of business right now. For any benefit from any transportation regulation, I see them tying environment into that," he said. "They're going to try to do a big bill, but that takes a lot of political capital. They're going to have to get bills passed. They're going to have to come to some agreements."
