Mexico's Top Court Sets Back President's Plans for State Power Company

Energy attorney Rodolfo Rueda was cited in a Wall Street Journal article about a decision from the Mexican Supreme Court affecting the country's electricity market. The court ruled that regulatory changes championed by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador that prioritize the state-owned utility over private companies are unconstitutional.
