Bogotá Executive Partner Enrique Gómez-Pinzón was interviewed by Asuntos Legales about the merger between Holland & Knight and Thompson & Knight. The merger expands the collective capacities of the two firms in key areas such as litigation, corporate mergers and acquisitions, energy and oil and gas, real estate and taxation, in addition to increasing its presence in Texas and Mexico. Mr. Gómez-Pinzón highlighted that the firm's energy practice in Latin America will be strengthened even more thanks to the experience in this area that Thompson & Knight brings. He also answered questions about the merger process.
