Former Movie Theater Could Be Converted in $16M Project

Real Estate attorney Alejandro Arias was cited in a South Florida Business Journal article about a potential project converting a former movie theater in Homestead, Florida, into a healthcare facility for senior citizens. Homestead's Development Review Committee will review the proposed development on April 19, 2022. Mr. Arias represents the developer of the project, and he said the site would be transformed through adaptive reuse into a 43,000-square foot medical office that would include patient exam rooms, a dental center, lab, pharmacy, gym, imaging facilities and physical therapy center.
