Corporate America Lawyers Up in Anticipation of GOP House

Axios

Public Policy & Regulation attorney Christopher Armstrong was quoted in an Axios article about corporate America's reaction to the possibility of a party shift in the House of Representatives. "In past Congresses, Republicans would be expected to focus oversight on the administration," Mr. Armstrong said. "Obviously, that will happen. But the presumption against them investigating private companies? I think those days are over."
