Law360

Congressional investigations attorney Christopher Armstrong spoke with Law360 about the outlook for oversight in the 118th Congress. Mr. Armstrong said with Congress divided between the two parties, each with different priorities, the list of potential investigatory targets will only grow.

"You get all of the Congressional investigations Democrats want, and all the ones that Republicans want as well," he said. "It ends up in a much broader range of potential targets."
