Government Relations attorney Elizabeth Leoty Craddock was cited in an article published by The 19th about the federal government funding process and negotiations over appropriations bills in Congress. 

Ms. Craddock, who used to counsel former Democratic Sen. Mary Landrieu of Louisiana, described appropriations as a "very methodical, laid-out process."
