Free Basic Courses are Important for Academic and Career Development

Labor and employment attorney Camilo Cuervo was cited in an article published by La República about free basic courses offered by the Universidad del Rosario for academic and professional development. The article highlighted that the university has created a platform with 130 free online courses in areas such as Excel, languages, leadership and soft skills to strengthen personal and professional skills. Mr. Cuervo emphasized that developing these basic competencies marks the difference between a great professional and an average one, and praised the university's initiative to help train better professionals through these open programs.

“The effort that the Universidad del Rosario makes to generate open programs so that professionals can improve those basic skills in areas such as the appreciation of a financial balance, learning to use tools that are basic but useful like Excel, helps and collaborates with all professions,” he said.
