Holland & Knight Ranked Top Law Firm by Directors & Boards Magazine in Dealing with General Corporate Governance Issues

Washington, D.C. – November 9, 2010 – Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that the firm has been ranked as one of the nation's top 10 law firms dealing with general corporate governance issues, according to a survey released by Directors & Boards magazine.

The magazine has conducted rankings of top law firms specializing in corporate governance issues for the past four years. The ranking represents unaided responses from more than 350 directors of public and private companies who responded a legal services survey. Respondents were asked to name up to three law firms in three categories, and were not given a list of firms to choose from. Holland & Knight received a top 10 ranking in all three categories: board level M&A issues, director liability issues and general corporate governance issues.
