Partners Wiley Boston and Glenn Adams Receive Awards from the Orange County Bar Association, Inc.


Orlando, Fla. – May 31, 2011 – Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that Wiley Boston and Glenn Adams, partners in the firm's Orlando office, received awards from the Orange County Bar Association, Inc. at the Annual Installation Dinner on May 18, 2011.

Boston received the prestigious Orange County Bar Association President's Award for Outstanding Service. He has been an active member of the Executive Council since 2006. He also serves as the Association's Membership Chairman and was recently elected Secretary of the Orange County Bar Foundation's Board of Directors.

Boston practices in the area of commercial real estate law, with particular emphasis on leasing of industrial, office and retail properties, representation of developers of commercial projects, and real estate finance.

Adams was selected to receive the 2010-2011 Outstanding Board Member Award from the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, Inc. He currently serves as Treasurer of the Legal Aid Society. He is a former member of the Association's Executive Council and former president of its Young Lawyers Section.

Adams practices in the areas of corporate and tax law. He advises clients on a variety of business entity issues during the life cycle of the business and has substantial experience advising clients on the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and other joint venture arrangements.
