Holland & Knight’s Joshua Bosin Elected President of Georgia Lawyers for the Arts’ Board of Directors
ATLANTA (July 10, 2015) – Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that Joshua Bosin has been elected president of the Georgia Lawyers for the Arts’ board of directors. His one-year term began on July 1. Mr. Bosin has been a member of the board for nine years and previously served as its vice president.
Georgia Lawyers for the Arts exists to serve the legal needs of artists and arts organizations, to promote closer contact and understanding among members of the legal profession and the arts community, and to educate artists about their legal rights and responsibilities.
Mr. Bosin leads Holland & Knight’s Labor, Employment and Benefits Practice Group in Atlanta and serves as outside general counsel for several private colleges and secondary schools. He is recognized as a “Rising Star” by Georgia Super Lawyers magazine (2010-2015) and was recently selected as one of the nation’s “Best LGBT Lawyers Under 40” by the National LGBT Bar Association.
Mr. Bosin is a leader within the State Bar of Georgia, sitting on the Young Lawyers Division’s board of directors, the Professionalism Committee, and the Committee to Promote Inclusion in the Profession. In the community, Mr. Bosin is a member of the Atlanta Gay Men’s Chorus.
