Holland & Knight Advises Bladex on $50 Million Syndicated Loan for BAC Guatemala

NEW YORK (July 3, 2017) – Holland & Knight, together with the Guatemalan law firm of Arias, advised Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, S.A. (Bladex) as lead arranger and bookrunner on an $50 million senior unsecured syndicated loan to Banco de América Central (BAC), Guatemala. BAC Guatemala is a member of the Grupo Aval group of companies. The deal closed on June 28.

Bladex is a supranational bank established by the central banks of Latin American and Caribbean countries to promote foreign trade finance and economic integration.
