Holland & Knight Advises Fibra Uno on Property and Land Acquisitions Totaling $841 Million

MEXICO CITY (November 26, 2019) – Holland & Knight advised Fibra Uno, Mexico's first and largest real estate investment trust, on its $841 million deal to acquire the "Titan Portfolio" of 74 industrial properties (1.2 million square meters in gross leasable area) and a land reserve (approximately 1 million square meters) in Mexico from real estate developer Finsa. The deal with Finsa was finalized on November 20.

The Holland & Knight team representing Fibra Uno was led by Partner Guillermo Uribe, Senior Counsel Adrian Gay Lasa and Associates Jorge E. González Carlini, Santiago Soldevilla Gutiérrez and Mirna L. Ordaz Avilés. Sarur Servicios Integrales S.C. acted as co-counsel.
