Holland & Knight Advises Fibra UNO on $650 Million International Private Offering

MEXICO CITY (July 16, 2020) – Holland & Knight advised Fibra UNO on its international offering of US$650 million in senior notes. The issuance includes the reopening of up to US$375 million at 4.950% yield to maturity, due in 2030, and US$275 million at 6.250% yield to maturity, due in 2050. Both were issued in accordance with Rule 144A and Regulation S under the United States Securities Act of 1933. The offering took place on July 15.

The successful offering was oversubscribed, exceeding the initial target amount of US$500 million.

"This placement is proof of the continued quality of the issuer and confidence of investors despite the global difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the clean and effective execution of banks," said Guillermo Uribe Lara, the Mexico City-based partner who led the Holland & Knight team.

BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., BBVA Securities Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., Actinver Securities, Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Santander Investment Securities Inc., acted as book runners.

Fibra UNO, Mexico's largest real estate investment trust, has been advised by Holland & Knight team members on all of its financing transactions since its creation in 2011.

In addition to Mr. Uribe, the Holland & Knight team included Partner Adrian Gay Lasa and Associates Jorge González Carlini, Santiago Soldevilla Gutiérrez and Mirna Ordaz Avilés in Mexico City, and Partner Stephen Double and Associate Julia de la Parra in New York.
